Please notify us within 10 days of the dispatch date (as stated in the email we send confirming dispatch) if you have not received an item.
How long will it take you to receive your items?
The time taken for a product to reach you depends on where it has been sourced from. Please be aware that if you order more than one product at a time you may receive them separately if they are sourced from different suppliers.
We estimate the despatch timeframe based on a products sourcing and show the usual number of days for us to despatch it – based from the day after you order to the time of despatch from our processing centre. They do not take into account the delivery time taken by the courier. If you live in a metropolitan area the courier service is normally 1-2 days. If you live in a rural area, delivery will likely take longer – add another 1-2 days.

This product is in stock in our Auckland warehouse and will be sent to you via Courier Post. Please allow 1-3 working days for despatch to occur. This time frame does not take into account the delivery time taken by the courier. If you live in a metropolitan area the courier service is normally 1-2 days. If you live in a rural area, delivery will likely take longer – add another 1-2 days. Please be aware that orders placed after 11am on Friday may not be despatched until Monday.
OTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed. We use a signature required service from Courier Post so please ensure your delivery address is one that will be attended.

Van de Elzen online will endeavour to supply all orders placed via this site. All books and other products are listed for sale in good faith, but it is possible a supplier may notify us that a title is currently unavailable or no longer available. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier our online customer service team will contact you to let you know of the cancellation or delay of your order.
