grate carrots, and pumpkin, for a healthier alternative, or mash in bananas and blueberries for a fruitier flavour.

Toasted nuts with rolled oats and honey topped with long thread coconut! Press into an oven tray and bake in the oven on 180 for approx 12 mins.
