Get the kids active with food

The holidays are about to be upon us and what better time to get the kids active with food in and out of the kitchen!


Basic Pizza dough, make up a basic bread dough. Roll out and make up bases and finish with your favorite toppings!

Minestrone soup

Chop together , leeks , carrot ,celery, and courgettes put into a pot with some tinned tomatoes, add rice vegetable stock and slowly simmer and season.


grate carrots, and pumpkin, for a healthier alternative, or mash in bananas and blueberries for a fruitier flavour.

Nut Bars

Toasted nuts with rolled oats and honey topped with long thread coconut! Press into an oven tray and bake in the oven on 180 for approx 12 mins.
