Frozen Yogurt

By 28th January 2017 November 19th, 2018 Cook, Dining

There’s certainly an upside to living out on the farm, but it doesn’t mean we don’t have our issues.
One of them being, we can’t just pop down the road to buy some frozen yogurt when we feel like a treat!
Frozen yoghurt is one of my most favourite sweets. It’s soft, moorish and is not overly sweet as that yogurt tartness comes into play.
So I end up making my own. It’s a piece of cake but a kitchen whizz does make it easier.

Frozen Yogurt

Mikes tip: It is important the fruit is frozen when blending to prevent large ice crystals forming in the frozen yoghurt.
